Choose a training program

You’d like to expand your knowledge in a group of likeminded people. You start a training program to:

  • Enhance your commercial awareness

  • Further develop your sales skills

  • Discover your leadership style, and use it in your daily work

  • Use your time and energy more efficiently

  • Refine the way you deal with difficult conversations

  • Expand your negotiation skills

  • Make your collaborations more effective

Types of training

A training program is all about professional growth. It’s about insights, increasing knowledge and learning new skills. The Hundred Days interactive training program helps you gain confidence and become more powerful. That enables you to use your talents to their full potential in favour of the goals you set in your organization or team.

Communication

How am I going to start a dialogue using my own strengths, how do I connect with another person, who am I in contact with another person, how can I have a difficult conversation or a job interview.

Approach to training

In a clear three-step model we work on developing the appropriate training program that enables you to achieve your organization’s goals op

1. Preparation

In training, preparation is everything. I place the highest value on this aspect. It is the basis on which I start to build. This basis needs to be understood completely, so that your wishes and goals as a client can be placed in a fitting framework. I put to use  my distinct experience, energy, focus and commitment. Tailoring the program to participants’ questions and goals is an inseparable part of this integral approach. This - in combination with personal intake interviews - generates insights, based on which the program is then tailored.

2. Training

Every training program is interactive, personal and can be provided both offline as online. A deeper sense of learning is achieved by role-plays, exercises and practical cases. The power of the question sets participants in motion, makes them think and gets them to work. The focus is on the confrontation of each participant’s responsibility and contribution to the whole. I give advice and share my experience, knowledge and skills. With valuable tools, participants put their lessons to practice, in order to achieve the development goals that were agreed upon.

3. Embedment and integration

For long-lasting results, embedding and integration are of the highest importance. Experience teaches this is often underrated and overlooked. What are you going to do differently when you go back to work, the day after you’ve concluded your training program? How are you going to proceed? What does this ask of you? What step do you want to take as a company?
