When I first met Jacomine, she had just started with Hundred Days. I was interested in the idea right away because I love being an entrepreneur. What Jacomine helped me with the most was to get me thinking. You realize immediately how expansive her experience is in talent development, recruitment, time management and sales. The tagline for Jacomine’s service is ‘What a difference a hundred days make!’ – she really hit the nail on the head with the realization that it doesn’t even take 100 days to see a difference. My one-on-one personal development training program was pivotal after just the second session. Jacomine creates impact. She is so good at this because of her analytical and critical thinking; digging deep and coming up with practical solutions. Her approach is tailor-made. She is the iron fist in the kid glove that I really need. Jacomine is steady at the wheel, knows her material, takes her mission seriously, is an excellent listener, is focused, and follows up perfectly. Not only all that, but she’s also charming and fun, without losing the target. You might be thinking ‘Is this normal, because you’re paying for a service?’ which I understand, but I am truly grateful to her. While keeping my personality in mind the whole time, she was able to provide me with tools and insights, which have helped me grow not only personally but professionally as well. If you think that coaching is ‘fluffy stuff’, with just someone handing over a list of tips and tricks and then saying goodbye, then you are mistaken. It’s hard work and Jacomine will make sure you do it! I’m not sure if you’ve got any ‘personal growth’ goals for 2020, but if you do, I can highly recommend Jacomine!

We've gotten in touch with Jacomine when we were onboarding many Sales colleagues to our scaleup in Online Manufacturing. During the intake, she came across as very knowledgeable, having a structured approach for training experienced and inexperienced sales talent. The great thing about Jacomine is that she makes custom training programs matching your needs. No unnecessary elements or a "one size fits all". Everyone who attended the training left the room full of excitement, ready to apply the new knowledge in practice. Besides the company training she also offered 1-1 coaching, which really sets her apart from regular/standard training. I met Jacomine while I was working at Qurrent Renewable Energy as the Interim HR Manager. She was recommended to me as a coach by one of our young professionals.
From the first meeting we had a strong and positive working relationship. Jacomine proved to be extraordinary in her work. She was able to provide relevant and meaningful work practices for workshops participants in a very short time. Immediately the trainees are put to work including intense coaching sessions with very clear assignments, additional assignments were also provided between sessions. From the very first moment, participants could be seen to make marked improvements, and many remarked on the positive atmosphere during the course. The managers of the participants were also heavily involved during the process, not only at the initial evaluation stage but also during the program and the final evaluation.
Previously Jacomine coached many colleagues at Qurrent regarding a range of different focus areas including time management, prioritising workflow and career coaching. All participants and their managers where extremely satisfied.

Jacomines working style could be summarized as customisation, adaptable and energy. For the trainees of Arrange Interim and our Interim Professionals she proved to be an extremely skilled teacher, her strength being how she combines her coaching skills with her coaching program. Jacomine seamlessly adapts to her ‘public’ and acts based on the development needs of her trainees.
Her training program included topics such as communication skills, time management and presentation skills (online and offline). By the end of the training program participants felt they had clearly ‘upskilled’ in all topic areas covered. Her expertise and knowledge combined with her open and attentive character makes her a very pleasant person to work with.

As I have very skilled employees, Jacomine provided the perfect solution to develop their skills even further. She customises her courses, which keeps all trainees interested at any one time. She focuses on the importance of good preparation and continuous evaluation of the during the coaching. As a consequence, this actually saves time when exploring further training. For more than a year now Jacomine has a special position in my company. As a coach she directly comes in contact with my employees of Peoplehouse, mostly graduated students who are going to collaborate with different enterprises solving innovative assignments. The students are confronted with quite a challenge: to approach the job market for the first time. Jacomine supports them in individual coaching sessions. Her focus being on letting them find and explore their own strengths. She has this innate ability to guide people through the process of job searching, finding their individual talents and acting upon them afterwards. In an elegant manner and all with her personal ‘touch’ the coaching conversations with her are insightful, vigorous and produce results. Besides this Jacomine is able to come to the core of a project in a very short time and in doing so she is able to guide people to take the right strategic steps by using their own strengths.
