100 days of attention, insights, personal development 

1. The conscious decision: you want to do things differently

Those very first one hundred days. This time you want to do things differently. More consciously and with more focus. Every coaching program start with your specific question. And in most cases that is the very question that has been on your mind for quite some time. You postpone your decision to really deal with it. Until the day comes that you decide you want to do things differently. That you really want examine those questions. Because on many occasions, answering these questions leads to useful insights. And those answers subsequently give you the freedom to restore your energy balance. So that you can continue to pursue what you stand for, starting from wisdom and from your personal strengths.

2. Intake interview: insights lead to your new life

Your question is at the core of our coaching program. That is the reason why your hundred days coaching program starts with an extensive intake interview. Based on the outcome I draw up an approach that targets your development. I firmly believe in this. To me coaching is the art of moving around, based on insights gained and on making the right choices. Choices that come from asking the right questions. Questions that help you in your process. Questions that touch you at the right moment, with the right spirit, knowledge and human dimensions. In such a way that they confuse you ever so slightly. That you feel ill at ease for just a bit. And this helps you create the space you need to start making progress.

3. 100 days of attention: personal, offline and online connection

Coaching is characterized by an approach that focuses on your talents and skills, your responsibility and your leadership. My way of working is a personal one. Offline and online. Together we decide whether you could use more or less than 100 days of attention and coaching, and we establish whether the program leads you in the desired direction.
